I am not an urban rider, but I am a big fan of anyone that can shred the concrete jungles of suburbia. The BSD crew hit up the Southwest during the end of summer capturing some sweet footage in New Mexico and my home state of Arizona.
I will forgive the fact that at least one of the riders decided that looking cool was more important than wearing brain bucket but that is law of adverse selection's job to sort out. It doesn't take away from the films great edit, constantly moving camera and choice sound track. This video piece is excellent and made we want to go take my kids bike and learn to grind and manual better.
The filmmaker and riders also hit up numerous locations making this super interesting. Some of the pool scenes and post production work on several sequences that make it look like a 70's old school are my favorites.
Kudos to the team and to BSD for keeping it real and keeping me stoked. Enjoy
