If you are lucky enough to live in the sun belt and looking for some competitive enduro action or even endurance action - The Southern California Endurance Series is now taking registrations for the first race of the season. The series is a true 7 race series series champions being named in all divisions at the series conclusion. You don't have to compete in the entire series if you don't want to. Each race is awarded prizes individually and they don't require some silly USA license fee.
The series is extremely well run and they do a pretty darn good job of trying to keep the courses fresh. In fact, the series races at 3 different venues each with numerous trail options. The races will be held at Big Bear, Vail Lake and Los Olivos.
The Southern California Enduro Series runs from Feb 1 to Nov 8 - giving you plenty of weekends to do other events and things in between. There are multiple classes and age brackets, so there is no excuse for not going, especially if you live in Southern California.
The first race is Feb 1 so we suggest you get on over to the website http://www.socalenduroseries.com and get yourself registered.
Fields are limited to give every rider the best experience possible. If you are an endurance racer, several enduro weekends share the spotlight with an endurance event and you can find
information about those on the site as well.
