Italian bike maker Fondriest has added disc brakes among other new features to their line up including the mid price point TFD (Tour de France Disk) model shown here.
Designed and built by former Tour De France rider and multi race winner Maurizio Fondriest, the bike brand that bears his name is nothing short of a serious bike at a reasonable price point (for being Italian). While Fondriest was a wildly successful winner in Europe, his desire to manufacture bikes is fueled by much more than to cash in on his name.
