We don't always go promoting stuff we havent tried yet, but when something comes along that just makes sense, we have to do our part and share it with you.
In my family we are pretty up to speed on nutrition and sports. In fact you could say we are very intune with our bodies and how foods affect our performance and mood swings. So when I got the press release on the new ERG energy bars and read the ingredients - or lack there of - I knew I wanted to try some . As I mentioned, I have never tried these, but two flavors caught my eye right off the bat - Choco Cherry, Lemon Blueberry.
In looking at the ingredients, It would be a really safe bet that these will easy on the stomach while giving you excellent long range energy levels. Besides on-bike food, these would be a great between-meal food to keep your blood sugar levels up and your brain working at your daily tasks.
