East Coast Single Track-VIDEO

With so many photographers and videographers in the NorCal and BC area, you would almost start to wonder if anyone else in the country bought cameras, rode or knew about social media. So we found this little nugget of east coast riding samping the trails in Middle Run Valley Park in Delaware as well as flat southern New Jersey trails.

The rider is Gerry Creighton. No he's not a world cup pro, but he loves riding just as much and thats what counts. I enjoyed seeing what the trails were like back there and the different terrain. Yes Jersey has some great downhilling areas, but this is more of your fun trail ride where you get your hear rate up and enjoy the perfect traction.
