Catching Bike Thieves

Bike thieves suck and the San Fransisco PD are doing something about it. It's estimated that near 4,000 bikea will be stolen in San Fransisco alone this year. And the SF officers don't like it. Using technology and bait bikes they are sending a signal to bike thieves everywhere. This video shows the proactive approach and a bike thief getting busted. Love the police officer laughing when they catch the thief.
