ARIZONA MTB State Finals in Flagstaff this weekend + SUPER D on Sunday

It's that time of the year again for Arizona mountain bike racers. The temperature is starting to climb a bit early this year, but no worries as the MBAA is once again hosting the season finale in beautiful Flagstaff. The temperatures will be great and the racing will be legit. Race and class winners will be crowned for the season too at the post race party.

Rumor is there will be lots of prizes given away at the post race party too so all should hang around. If you really are enjoying your self in Flagstaff and want to stay around till Sunday you can sample the locally hosted Super D race as well. All proceeds go to support the local trail building chapter. No need to have a 6" bike on the course though as your XC rig will work just fine on the downward - best of two run format.

As always you do not need to be an MBAA member to race the event so if you are reading this and want to try your hand racing or live in a nearby state and want to come over - DO IT.

You can camp on site - but it is not a maintained campsite area and there are No open Fires allowed. But that doesn't mean it won't be rad.
